I had the opportunity to try some of Diana Harman’s wares (from her new catering business, Dine My Darling) — and I’ll say I was impressed. In a city already falling in love with Miss Rachel’s Pantry (who has been seen teaching a sellout class at COOK), I think it’s wonderful to see another vegan catering business spring up.
The pictures don’t do it nearly enough justice, but imagine a light, spring salad featuring coconut ‘bacon’ with lemon dressing, and a curried tempeh wrap (my tastings of choice). Wonderful.
